HUD-Approved Reverse Mortgage Counseling
We are approved by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide the counseling required by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) for anyone applying for a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) — the most common type of federally insured reverse mortgage.
Our certified counselors help seniors understand how reverse mortgages work, review the costs and responsibilities, explore alternatives, and make confident decisions without sales pressure.
